Questions and answers
What is a good internet speed?
Streaming HD video needs about 5 Mbps and 4K video about 15 Mbps per screen. Video calls need a few Mbps in each direction. Homes with several users benefit from 100 Mbps or more.
Why is my result lower than my plan?
Wi-Fi, other devices using the connection and the distance to the server all lower the result. For the most accurate reading, connect by cable and close other apps.
